Delicious corn casserole, made with corn muffin mix, whole corn kernels, creamed corn, and sour cream. Perfect pairing with ham or turkey.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream style corn
  • 0.5 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8.5 ounce) package dry cornbread mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
  • Combine whole kernel corn, cream style corn, margarine, sour cream, and corn bread mix in a medium bowl. Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
