Make delicious and affordable biscuits for kids' party favors.
Ingredients:
  • 125g butter, chopped, softened
  • 141.90 gm caster sugar
  • 4.40 gm vanilla essence
  • 187.50 gm self-raising flour, sifted
  • 20.60 gm milk
  • 375.00 ml cornflakes
  • 125.40 gm Milk Chocolate Bits
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C and prepare a large, flat baking tray with Mackies Nonstick Bakeliner for easy cleanup.
  • With an electric mixer, beat butter, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until light and fluffy. Incorporate flour on low speed until just mixed. Pour in milk and stir until dough forms. Gently fold in cornflakes and chocolate chips using a wooden spoon.
  • Using a tablespoon, shape mixture into balls and place them on a nonstick baking sheet, ensuring space for them to spread. Gently press down on each ball with a spatula to flatten slightly.
  • Bake the cookies until they turn light golden, which should take around 10 to 12 minutes. Allow them to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Repeat with the rest of the cookie dough.
