Delicious cottage cheese loaf with walnuts and cornflake crust - a tasty meatloaf alternative that doubles as a sandwich filler!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package creamed cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1.5 cups cornflakes cereal
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a loaf pan.
  • Combine creamy cottage cheese, fresh eggs, fragrant vegetable oil, savory soup mix, crunchy walnuts, and whole grain cereal in a large bowl. Transfer the delicious mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Place in a hot oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.
