Country beef ‘dump’ dinner recipe

"Easy Dump and Go Slow Cooker Beef Casserole: Simply toss ingredients in, walk away, and return to a comforting, classic meal come dinner time."
Ingredients:
  • 1kg gravy beef, cut into chunks (see recipe notes)
  • 2 tbsp gravox
  • 20.00 ml plain flour
  • 500g baby potatoes, halved
  • 200g button mushrooms, halved
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 6 shallots, halved
  • 125ml (1/2cup) Beef Style Liquid Stock
  • 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 225g jar tomato chutney
Instructions:
  • Coat beef in gravy mix and flour in a slow cooker. Layer potatoes, mushrooms, carrots, and shallots on top. Pour in stock, tomatoes, and chutney. Cook on HIGH for 8 hours until beef is tender. Serve with steamed green vegetables, if desired.
