Delicious Swiss cheese and imitation crab quiche - a creamy and easy dish for any meal!
Ingredients:
  • 2 egg, lightly beaten
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 0.5 pound imitation crab meat, flaked
  • 1.5 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine eggs, milk, creamy mayonnaise, and cornstarch in a mixing bowl. Fold in succulent crab meat and rich Swiss cheese, then pour the mixture into the pie shell.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center of the quiche comes out clean.
