Indulgent yet economical quiche filled with Swiss cheese and imitation crabmeat.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • In a bowl, vigorously whisk together eggs, sour cream, milk, butter, flour, salt, and black pepper until fully incorporated. Then, delicately fold in imitation crabmeat and Swiss cheese. Spread this luscious mixture into the pie crust.
  • Bake quiche in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until the filling is set and a knife comes out clean.
