Delightful crab dish enhanced with juicy scallops and tiny shrimp, perfect for family or guests.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound crabmeat
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning TM
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 0.25 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Combine crab meat with creamy mayonnaise, zesty lemon juice, savory Worcestershire sauce, flavorful Old Bay Seasoning, a touch of salt, a hint of cayenne pepper, pungent dry mustard, and a whisked egg in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in an 8" pie dish, coat with bread crumbs, sprinkle paprika on top, and dot with butter.
  • Place in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
