Succulent crab and artichoke dish made from leftovers, bursting with flavor!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound fresh pizza dough
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat - drained and cartilage removed
  • 1 (6 ounce) jar quartered artichoke hearts in water, drained
  • 1.5 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 0.5 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and gently grease a pizza pan.
  • On a lightly floured surface, shape the pizza dough into a large 14 or 16-inch circle and transfer it onto a pizza pan. Evenly sprinkle red pepper flakes over the dough, layer on the crab and artichokes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle generously with garlic, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake until the cheese is melted and the crust is no longer doughy, about 20 minutes. Switch the oven to broil and continue cooking for 5 minutes until the cheese starts to brown.
