Elevate your appetizer game with a decadent slow cooker artichoke-crab dip in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup refrigerated flake-style imitation crabmeat (from 8-oz package)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
  • French baguette bread or cocktail rye bread slices
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into wedges, if desired
Instructions:
  • Grease a 1- to 1 1/2-quart slow cooker. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker, excluding the bread.
  • Cover and simmer over low heat for 1 to 1.25 hours, stirring until the cheese is smooth.
  • Use a rubber spatula to scrape down the side of the cooker to avoid scorching the edges of the spread. Serve with bread slices. Keep the spread warm on the Low heat setting for up to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
