Creamy, cheesy spinach-artichoke dip made effortlessly in a slow cooker, great for gatherings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (9 ounce) package frozen spinach
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 0.75 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Mix together artichokes, spinach, rich cream cheese, gooey mozzarella, flavorful Parmesan, creamy milk, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in the base of a slow cooker.
  • Cook uncovered on High for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to blend flavors.
