Creamy, cheesy spinach dip - perfect for game day or any party. Serve with veggies or pita chips.
Ingredients:
  • 2 bunches fresh spinach or 10 ounces frozen spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pita chips or sliced veggies, for serving
Instructions:
  • Prep the spinach: For fresh spinach, remove long stems, then sauté in olive oil with a pinch of salt until cooked down and all liquid evaporates. For frozen spinach, thaw completely in the microwave, press out excess liquid with paper towels, then sauté in olive oil with salt and pepper to remove any remaining water.
  • In a 3- to 4-quart slow cooker, mix cream cheese, feta cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and cooked spinach. Cook on high for 60 minutes, then switch to low for an additional 30 minutes, stirring occasionally for even cooking.
  • Keep dip warm by setting it to the "Warm" setting. If the dip separates, gently stir to recombine. Serve with pita chips or sliced veggies. Enjoy the recipe? Leave us a rating and comment!
