Indulgent crab and artichoke dip, perfect with crusty baguette slices.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
  • 1.5 cups cooked crabmeat
  • 0.75 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped green onion
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons chopped green onion, or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons chopped red bell pepper, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Add garlic and stir. Fold in artichoke hearts, crab, Parmesan cheese, green onion, red bell pepper, and cayenne pepper. Transfer mixture to a 9-inch pie dish and top with bread crumbs before baking.
  • Bake in the oven until the topping is golden brown and dip is hot, for about 20-30 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of green onion and 2 teaspoons of chopped red bell pepper before serving.
