Indulge in a decadent baked crab dish featuring the rich flavors of Stilton or blue cheese for a delectable culinary experience!
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 0.5 pound fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup white wine
  • 12 ounces cooked crabmeat
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onions
  • 0.25 pound seedless red grapes, halved
  • 4 ounces Stilton cheese, crumbled
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté mushrooms with white wine until slightly softened and about 1/4 cup of white wine is left. Remove and set aside the mushrooms.
  • Create a luxurious layer in a small baking dish by starting with the delicate crabmeat, followed by earthy mushrooms, fresh green onions, and juicy grapes. Pour over the indulgent butter and wine mixture and finish with a generous sprinkle of Stilton cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until the dish is heated through and bubbly.
