Indulge in homemade stuffed lobster tails with savory crab and buttery cracker filling for a restaurant-worthy experience anytime.
Ingredients:
  • 2 lobster tails, split along the center top
  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup jumbo lump crabmeat
  • 0.25 cup clarified butter, at room temperature
  • 15 buttery round crackers, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine the ingredients and preheat the oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Separate the split lobster shells gently to expose the tail meat. Transfer the tails to a baking sheet and generously brush the meat with melted butter.
  • Combine crabmeat, clarified butter, crushed crackers, parsley, lemon juice, seafood seasoning, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl, mixing delicately until fully incorporated.
  • Divide the mixture evenly between the lobster tails, gently pressing down to pack it in place securely.
  • Bake until the meat is opaque, stuffing is golden brown (10-12 min) and the lobster tail reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (65°C) when tested with a thermometer.
