Savory tortilla spread, versatile as dip or cracker topping.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup cocktail sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, chopped
  • 0.25 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onion
  • 4 (8 inch) flour tortillas
  • 0.5 cup additional cocktail sauce for dipping
Instructions:
  • Combine cream cheese and cocktail sauce until smooth. Mix in crabmeat, Swiss cheese, and green onion. Spread 1/2 cup of mixture evenly on each tortilla, roll tightly, wrap in plastic, and chill overnight.
  • Cut rolls into 1/2-inch slices. Serve on a platter with a side of cocktail sauce for dipping.
