"Protein granola crust elevates decadent cheesecake bars."
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups Nature Valley™ cranberry almond protein granola
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 12 oz reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 3/4 cup canned jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Blend granola in a food processor until finely ground. Mix it with 3 tablespoons of sugar and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch square pan. Bake for 8 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to blend cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, flour, almond extract, and eggs until the mixture is smooth.
  • Spread the Cheesecake Filling on top of the crust evenly. Spoon the Cranberry Layer on top of the filling in dollops. Sprinkle almonds over the top.
  • Bake until edges are lightly browned and center is set, about 40 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for about 2 hours until chilled.
