Cranberry and pineapple punch

Mint leaves elevate the flavor of this refreshing summer drink.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 litres cranberry juice
  • 2 litres pineapple juice
  • 90.00 gm brown sugar
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 5 cloves
  • 125.00 ml mint leaves, roughly torn
  • 750.00 ml ice cubes
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix cranberry juice, pineapple juice, sugar, cinnamon, and cloves until the sugar is dissolved. Transfer the mixture to a sterilized 4-litre bottle or jug. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
  • Pour the punch through a strainer into a bowl to remove cloves and cinnamon. Then, toss in fresh mint leaves and ice. Serve and enjoy!
