Festive winter punch with a twist - cranberry and pineapple blend perfectly with warm spiced cider in this modern wassail recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 gallon apple cider
  • 0.5 gallon cranberry juice
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1.25 cups pineapple juice

  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 12 fresh mint leaves
  • 12 orange slices for garnish
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan or pot, blend cider, cranberry juice, lemon juice, pineapple juice, orange slices, cloves, honey, sugar, and cinnamon sticks. Bring mixture to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer. Stir in nutmeg, ginger, and allspice. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
