Quick and easy microwave oatmeal with cinnamon, blueberries, cranberries, and orange juice. Optional ginger and turmeric for a delicious boost.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
  • 0.25 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup frozen blueberries
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 0.25 cup orange juice, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Combine rolled oats, cinnamon, cranberries, and blueberries in a microwave safe bowl. If desired, sprinkle turmeric and ginger on top. Pour water over the ingredients and stir well. Microwave on High for about 2 minutes until water is absorbed. Adjust consistency by stirring in orange juice to your liking.
