Indulgent cranberry jam infused with orange zest, sugar, and fall spices. Perfect for holiday treats and beyond.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cranberries
  • 0.5 cup turbinado sugar
  • 1 orange, zested
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 dash ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • In a large pot over medium heat, mix together cranberries, white sugar, turbinado sugar, water, orange zest, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, allspice, and pepper. Cook and stir occasionally until sugar dissolves and cranberries burst, about 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Use an immersion blender to blend cranberry jam to your preferred consistency.
  • Transfer the jam into a charming glass pint jar and let it cool until it thickens and sets, approximately 1 hour. Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate to preserve its freshness.
