Cranberry Grape Relish

Savor this delicious cranberry and grape relish as a perfect accompaniment to any dish!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups seedless red grapes
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 3 cups sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1 large navel orange, peeled, chopped (3/4 cup)
Instructions:
  • Place grapes in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • In a 3-quart saucepan, bring apple cider to a boil over medium-high heat. Simmer for about 12 minutes until reduced to 1 cup. Stir in cranberries and half of the grapes, then cook for 8 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer the cranberry mixture to a medium bowl. Mix in lemon juice, orange peel, chopped orange, and remaining grapes. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until cold. Serve with a slotted spoon, if desired.
