Elevate your holiday table with this flavorful Cranberry Chutney, packed with apples, raisins, and warm spices. A delicious twist on traditional cranberry sauce!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) package fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup diced peeled apples
  • 0.5 cup cider vinegar
  • 0.5 cup raisins
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your ingredients.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine water and sugar and bring to a boil.
  • Combine cranberries, apples, cider vinegar, raisins, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and cloves in a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl.
  • Cover the fruit with plastic wrap to keep it fresh. Allow it to cool to room temperature before serving.
