Creamy, tangy cranberry feta pinwheels with a sweet-heat kick from jalapeños. Easy and perfect appetizer with customizable spice level.
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 5 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup minced jalapeños, seeds and ribs removed, or to taste
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 1(0-inch) spinach flour wraps/tortillas (such as Mission®)
Instructions:
  • Combine cream cheese and feta in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until smooth. Gently fold in cranberries, jalapeños, walnuts, and thyme.
  • Spread half of the filling evenly over a tortilla, leaving a small border. Roll up tightly, wrap in plastic wrap, and repeat with the second tortilla and remaining filling. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • For serving, trim the edges of the tortilla rolls, cut each roll into 1/2-inch pinwheels, and enjoy.
