Tangy cranberry-mustard vinaigrette for a burst of flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup cranberry sauce
  • 0.25 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 0.25 cup rice vinegar
  • 0.25 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup walnut oil
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, black pepper, rice vinegar, and cider vinegar. Blend until smooth for about 30 seconds. Slowly add walnut oil followed by vegetable oil in a steady stream. Blend until the dressing is thick and creamy for about 1 minute.
