Whip up this vibrant trifle for a simple and stunning dessert. Chill for 3 hours before serving.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 (14 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 0.5 (14.4 ounce) package graham crackers
  • 8 ounces heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Place a large metal bowl in the refrigerator or freezer for approximately 15 minutes to chill.
  • Combine the whole berry cranberry sauce and jellied cranberry sauce in a bowl.
  • Crush graham crackers into crumbs by placing them in a large resealable plastic bag and rolling over them with a rolling pin.
  • In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream with an electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form, about 2 minutes. Add sugar and vanilla extract; continue whipping until medium peaks form, about 2 minutes more.
  • Spread a layer of half the graham cracker crumbs in a trifle bowl, followed by half the cranberry mixture and whipped cream. Repeat the layers, ending with whipped cream on top. Refrigerate until set for at least 3 hours.
