Festive spiced cranberry-apple wine punch is perfect for holiday toasts. Chill sangria to enhance flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 4 cranberry-flavored tea bags
  • 4 slices fresh lemon
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 2 (750 milliliter) bottles white wine
  • 4 apples, cored and cut into chunks
  • 1.5 cups dried cranberries
  • 2 fluid ounces apple brandy
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, combine sugar, tea bags, lemon slices, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and water. Stir until sugar dissolves. Boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool, then strain and discard spices, lemon, and tea bags.
  • Combine the white wine and tea mixture in a large jar or covered container. Add in the apples, cranberries, and apple brandy. Refrigerate for 24 to 48 hours. Serve chilled.
