Classic family cranberry recipe, simple and delicious, a must-have for every holiday table.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) package fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.75 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 0.75 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Arrange the cranberries in a cozy baking dish and generously sprinkle them with sugar.
  • Wrap the cranberries in aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes. Take them out, sprinkle with walnuts, and cover again. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
  • Mix the marmalade and lemon juice into the cranberry mixture. Let it cool to room temperature. Transfer the mixture to clean containers, cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
