Revitalize mornings with warm cranberry muffins.
Ingredients:
  • 1 3/4 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seed
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) cranberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Place paper baking cups in 12 regular-size muffin cups or grease just the bottoms of the muffin cups.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until just moistened, then gently fold in the cranberries. Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full.
  • Bake until beautifully golden brown, then allow to rest for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
