Ready-to-wow blueberry cream cheese muffins with fresh blueberries and whipped cream cheese, ready in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.75 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.66666668653488 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup table cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 8 ounces fresh blueberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare 12 muffin cups by greasing them with cooking spray or lining them with paper muffin liners.
  • In a bowl, sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mix sugar, cream cheese, table cream, eggs, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, and 1 teaspoon vegetable oil.
  • Gently combine the flour mixture into the sugar mixture until the batter is smooth. Add blueberries and mix. Divide and place batter into muffin cups.
  • Bake until perfectly golden, for 10-15 minutes in preheated oven.
