Spicy creamy black bean dip is a game day winner!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 0.5 cup reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup canned black beans, rinsed
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried parsley, plus more for sprinkling
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 0.125 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, gently mix together sour cream, Cheddar cheese, black beans, 1/4 teaspoon parsley, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper flakes, and pepper, being careful not to crush the black beans. Garnish with additional parsley, if desired.
  • Refrigerate until serving for optimal freshness. Serve chilled for the best experience.
