Whip up a quick and creamy black bean dip with just a can of black beans, garlic, lemon juice, and spices!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1.5 tablespoons water, or more if needed
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin, or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder, or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, blend beans, water, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, and salt until creamy, adding water as needed for desired consistency.
  • Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour before serving.
