Creamy mushroom and red wine sirloin tips over egg noodles.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds sirloin tips, cubed
  • 0.5 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup red wine
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package beef with onion soup mix
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages egg noodles
Instructions:
  • In a hot skillet, sear beef sirloin tips with onion until beef is browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, red wine, and beef with onion soup mix in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a skillet, ensuring the beef is coated. Simmer, then reduce heat to low and cover the skillet. Cook until beef tips are tender, about 2 hours.
  • Simmer slowly on low heat until the beef effortlessly shreds with a fork, for a minimum of 4 more hours.
  • 1. Boil a big pot of lightly salted water. Add egg noodles and cook until al dente, about 5 minutes. Drain well.
  • Pour the flavorful beef tips mixture generously over a bed of tender egg noodles.
