Creamy beef stroganoff with a simple twist!
Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. (1 1/2 cups) uncooked wide egg noodles
  • 1 lb. lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (4.5-oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (8-oz.) container French onion sour cream dip
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, if desired
Instructions:
  • Prepare noodles according to package instructions and then drain them.
  • In a large nonstick skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and fully cooked, stirring often. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the broth, garlic powder, and mushrooms to the pot. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes until hot. Finally, mix in the dip.
  • Gently fold in the cooked noodles and cook for about 4 minutes until heated through, stirring occasionally. Avoid boiling. Garnish with parsley before serving.
