Whip up quick and delicious Moroccan beef pizzas for a family-friendly dinner any day.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large pieces pita bread
  • 95g tomato paste
  • 12 No Added Hormones Beef Meatballs
  • 40.00 ml pistachio dukkah
  • 1/2 tsp ground allspice
  • 40.00 ml slivered almonds
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 140g yoghurt
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C. Line two baking trays with baking paper. Arrange pita bread on trays, then generously spread with tomato paste. Add the meatballs on top, followed by a sprinkle of dukkah, allspice, and almonds. Lightly coat with olive oil spray, season with salt and pepper. Bake for about 15 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through and the pita is crispy.
  • Combine the ripe tomato and onion in a bowl, then season to taste.
  • Top the pizzas with the tomato mixture and a generous drizzle of yoghurt, season to taste, and slice into wedges before serving.
