Creamy Black and Blue Pasta Salad

Tantalizing blue cheese and steak combine in a creamy pasta salad using Betty Crocker® Suddenly Salad® ranch and bacon mix for a delectable dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (7.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Suddenly Salad® ranch and bacon salad mix
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 oz blue cheese, crumbled (1/2 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 package (6 oz) refrigerated seasoned steak strips, chopped
  • 1 bag (6 oz) fresh baby spinach leaves
Instructions:
  • Fill a 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full with water and bring it to a boil. Add the pasta and gently boil for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water to cool before draining well.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the Seasoning mix from the packet, mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, and lemon juice. Add all remaining ingredients except spinach. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Place a generous 2 cups of fresh spinach on each of 4 plates, then top with equal portions of the flavorful pasta salad before serving.
