Spicy deviled eggs with creamy filling and Cajun seasoning.
Ingredients:
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®), or as needed
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 0.25 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then cover with a lid and simmer on low for 18 minutes. Remove from heat and cool the eggs under cold running water until they are easy to peel. Peel eggs.
  • Cut the eggs in half lengthwise, scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl, and mix them with cream cheese, creamy salad dressing, pickle relish, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper until creamy. Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture, lightly sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, and chill before serving.
