Creamy chicken and asparagus pasta with Parmesan - a quick and delicious dinner in 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (9-oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus cuts
  • 1 (1.8-oz.) pkg. leek soup, dip and recipe mix
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 8 oz. (2 cups) uncooked small shell pasta
  • 1 (9-oz.) pkg. frozen diced cooked chicken breast
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 oz. (1/4 cup) shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Prepare the asparagus according to package instructions.
  • In a large saucepan, mix soup mix with water and bring it to a boil. Lower the heat, then add pasta and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Combine the asparagus, chicken, and sour cream in a pan, gently stirring to mix. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until heated through, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
