Create decadent dark chocolate truffles with a crunchy nutty twist in just 6 easy steps!
Ingredients:
  • 12 choc ripple biscuits
  • 10 Snickers Fun Size bars, coarsely chopped
  • 20.20 gm thickened cream
  • 200g dark choc melts
  • 57.20 gm finely chopped honey roasted peanuts
Instructions:
  • Add the biscuits to a food processor and blend until finely crumbled.
  • Combine the Snickers and cream in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the mixture is melted and smooth.
  • Mix in biscuit crumbs with the Snickers mixture until thoroughly incorporated. Shape 2 teaspoonfuls of the mixture into rough balls and place them on a lined baking tray. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
  • Smooth out the truffle balls once more and place them back on the baking tray. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes until firm.
  • Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl on Medium until smooth. Dip balls in chocolate, letting excess drip off, in batches.
  • Quickly sprinkle the chocolate balls with peanuts before it hardens. Allow it to set for 10 minutes.
