Satisfy teenage cravings with these fun mini chocolate treats to celebrate school's end.
Ingredients:
  • 280.00 gm vanilla ice-cream, softened
  • 53g Snickers chocolate bar, finely chopped
  • 375g packet milk chocolate melts
  • 2 x 45g packets mini cocktail ice-cream cones (see note)
  • 40g copha
Instructions:
  • Scoop ice-cream into a bowl and mix in chopped Snickers bar. Transfer the mixture into a 5cm deep, 15cm x 15cm plastic container. Cover the surface with plastic wrap and lid. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 3/4 cup of chocolate melts in the microwave on medium (50%) power for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds with a metal spoon until smooth. Transfer the melted chocolate into a snap-lock bag, snip off a corner, and pipe the chocolate into cones until half full. Let it sit for 10 minutes to set. Enjoy your delicious chocolate-filled cones!
  • Cover a large baking tray with a sheet of baking paper. Add a small scoop of ice-cream mixture on top of each cone. Arrange the cones on the tray. Place in the freezer for 1 hour or until the ice cream is firm.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine copha and the rest of the chocolate melts. Microwave on medium (50%) for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds with a metal spoon until smooth. Let it stand for 2 minutes. Dip each ice-cream cone into the melted chocolate to coat, then place back on the tray. Freeze for 15 minutes until the chocolate sets. Serve and enjoy!
