Indulge in creamy vanilla ice cream paired with rich chocolate macadamia fudge brownies.
Ingredients:
  • 560g pkt White Wings Double Choc Fudge Brownies mix
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 2 Free Range Eggs
  • 150g Nestlé Baker's Choice White Choc Bits
  • 100g macadamias, roasted, halved
  • 50g butter, extra, chopped
  • 15.60 gm milk
  • 40.00 ml Slivered Almonds
  • Dark chocolate curls, made using a vegetable peeler, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C and prepare a 20cm-square cake pan by greasing and lining it with baking paper.
  • Combine the brownie mix, melted butter, eggs, and 1 tablespoon of water in a bowl, stirring gently to mix. Add white chocolate bits and macadamia nuts, folding them in. Transfer the mixture to a prepared pan, smoothing the surface. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer comes out with crumbs. Let it cool completely in the pan before serving.
  • Beat chopped butter, icing mix, and milk using an electric mixer until light and creamy in a bowl. Spread over brownies. Top with slivered almonds and chocolate curls. Cut into squares.
