Indulgent chocolate rice pudding for all dessert lovers.
Ingredients:
  • 100.00 gm arborio rice
  • 20.00 gm cocoa powder, sifted
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1030.00 gm low-fat milk
  • 53.75 gm caster sugar
  • 40.00 ml flaked almonds, toasted
Instructions:
  • In a heavy-based saucepan, combine rice and whisk together cocoa, vanilla, and 1/4 cup of milk in a large bowl. Mix in sugar and the rest of the milk until well combined.
  • Pour the creamy milk mixture into the rice and bring it to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Lower the heat, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 40 to 50 minutes until the rice is tender. Serve the delicious dish sprinkled with crunchy almonds on top.
