Indulge in a decadent creamy pudding enriched with Milky Bar white chocolate. The chocolate melts into the pudding while baking, then more is added on top for a caramelized finish. Serve with fresh fruit for a delightful contrast.
Ingredients:
  • 150g (2/3 cup) medium-grain white rice
  • 40.00 gm caster sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • 1L (4 cups) milk
  • 4.40 gm vanilla extract
  • 180g block Milky Bar chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 160C (140C fan forced) and lightly grease a 5cm-deep, 6-cup-capacity ovenproof dish before placing it on a baking tray.
  • In a prepared dish, mix together the rice, sugar, and salt. Whisk 250 ml (1 cup) milk with vanilla and pour it over the rice mixture. Pour the rest of the milk in. Add 2/3 of the chocolate and give it a quick stir to combine.
  • After baking uncovered for 1 hour and 45 minutes, scatter the remaining chocolate over the top while it develops a slight skin. Continue to cook for 15 more minutes or until the rice is tender. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
