Creamy French mustard chicken tray bake recipe

Effortlessly roast a golden dinner in creamy mustard sauce in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 4 chicken thigh cutlets, skin on, trimmed
  • 4 French shallots, peeled, halved lengthways
  • 1 bunch baby carrots, peeled, trimmed (halved lengthways if large)
  • 300ml carton cooking cream
  • 11.80 gm French mustard
  • 1 tsp Organic Chicken Stock Powder
  • 125g green beans, trimmed
  • 20.00 ml fresh thyme sprigs
  • Sliced baguette, to serve (optional)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C/180C fan forced and generously grease a large deep baking tray with oil.
  • Place the chicken on the tray, skin-side up, along with the shallot and carrot. Give it a light spray of oil, season well, and roast for 30 minutes.
  • Combine cream, mustard, garlic, and stock powder in a jug. Pour the creamy mixture around the chicken, being careful to avoid the skin. Bake for an additional 15 minutes until the chicken is golden and the veggies are tender. Enjoy!
  • Sprinkle thyme, season, and enjoy with a baguette to soak up the delicious sauce.
