Creamy Garlic and Herb Butter Sauce

Indulgent herb and garlic butter sauce enhances meats, seafood, and veggies, elevating any dish with leftover magic.
Ingredients:
  • 15 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1.5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2.5 cups chicken stock, heated
  • sea salt and finely ground black pepper, to taste
  • 0.5 cup cream
  • 5 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 1.5 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a small baking dish, coat the garlic cloves with oil.
  • Bake in the oven until cloves are lightly golden brown, approximately 15 minutes.
  • In a blender, mix garlic and hot stock, then season with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. Next, add cream, butter, parsley, oregano, and thyme, and process until completely combined.
  • Pour the sauce into a container and let it cool for about 10 minutes. Keep refrigerated until needed. Reheat the sauce over low heat before serving.
