Ingredients:
- 600ml thickened cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 Violet Crumble chocolate bars (or chocolate bar of your choice), crushed
- 1 packet Malt O Milk biscuits, crushed
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk cream and condensed milk until they form stiff peaks. Gently fold in chopped chocolate bars until well combined.
- Line a slice tray with biscuits, using 2/3 of the Malt O Milk biscuits to form the base. Spoon the cream mixture over the biscuits and smooth it out. Layer the remaining biscuits on top of the mixture. Freeze until set, then serve chilled.
