Deliciously creamy goat cheese coated in pecans, honey, and rosemary. Perfect for a light and refreshing appetizer or unique dessert. Spread on crostini, bagel chips, or melba toasts.
Ingredients:
  • 4 ounces fresh goat cheese
  • 2 ounces finely chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, minced
Instructions:
  • 1. Divide the goat cheese into 12 equal portions and shape them into balls. 2. In a bowl, mix crushed pecans and cinnamon. 3. Roll each goat cheese ball in the pecan mixture to coat evenly. 4. Gently flatten the balls into patties and place them on a serving plate. 5. Drizzle honey over the patties and sprinkle with fresh rosemary. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
