Quick and tangy creamy lemon dressing made with citrus juice, zest, garlic, mustard, olive oil, and sour cream for salads.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together lemon juice, zest, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Gradually whisk in olive oil until thickened, then stir in sour cream until fully incorporated. Transfer the dressing to a sealable container.
