Indulge in quick and creamy mushroom tortelloni for a flavorful pasta dinner in 25 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 packages (9 oz each) refrigerated portabello mushroom-filled tortelloni
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup Italian-style dry bread crumbs
  • 1 container (8 oz) chive-and-onion cream cheese spread
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Cook the tortelloni in a 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven according to package instructions, then drain.
  • In an 8-inch skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Cook bread crumbs in butter for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they turn golden brown. Remove from heat.
  • After draining the tortelloni, place them back in the saucepan over medium-low heat. Add cream cheese spread, half-and-half, parsley, basil, and salt. Stir gently until the cheese is melted and the mixture is hot, about 3 to 5 minutes. Serve in individual dishes, then top with buttered bread crumbs. Enjoy right away.
