Creamy Parmesan polenta made with chicken broth and spices for a delectable side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18 ounce) package polenta, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch paprika
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, simmer polenta with chicken broth over medium heat, stirring occasionally until smooth and well incorporated, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Take the saucepan off the heat, and mix in Parmesan cheese, pepper, and paprika.
