Whip up a delicious and nutritious family dinner with just six simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 625g pkt ricotta & spinach agnolotti
  • 300ml thin cream
  • 40.00 gm bought basil pesto
  • 200g smoked salmon, cut into thin strips
  • Salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper, to season
  • 40.00 ml coarsely chopped fresh chives
Instructions:
  • Boil the agnolotti in a large saucepan of salted water according to package instructions until tender but still with a bite. Drain thoroughly.
  • In a medium frying pan over medium-high heat, bring cream and pesto to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Combine the pasta and salmon with the flavorful pesto mixture, ensuring all ingredients are well mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Divide the pasta into bowls, garnish with chives, and serve promptly.
